Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Training

Connect Case Management (ccm.) deliver training workshops which aim to develop the knowledge of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) for those working in the disability sector, particularly care providers looking to upskill their staff. The training provides a foundational understanding of ABI and includes interactive activities. Our skilled facilitator will showcase practical strategies that prove advantageous for individuals providing support to those with ABI. These techniques encompass effective engagement and the utilisation of prompting methods to build client capacity and prevent behavioural escalation. The 3-hour training can be delivered face-to-face or online. Face-to-face sessions work best for a maximum of 10 participants.
